Join our Board of Directors

We’re seeking a Treasurer to join our volunteer Board of Directors and help us achieve some big goals, including: 

  • Owning and operating our own housing 

  • Testing a social venture model to fund our programs 

Directors work in collaboration with youth and staff to achieve our shared purpose: empowering youth to thrive. We’re looking for creative, curious, and courageous people who can: 

  • advise on sustainable financial strategy for growth and asset management 

  • represent the needs of our youth members 

  • use your expertise, experience, and connections to help us achieve our goals 

We are also open to hearing from community members who could contribute other skills and expertise to help us achieve these goals. 

If you think you can help, we’d love to hear from you! Please email Lizi, our Co-Executive Director to introduce yourself, your interest in Zero Ceiling, and how you’d like to help. 

Reach out by  Monday March 16  to express your interest. We’ll follow up to get to know each other and share more about the process. New Directors will be elected by our members at our AGM on Tuesday, May 5.
