What We Provide
(according to youth)
“Zero Ceiling is a mountain-based community full of unique individuals seeking the next steps in our lives. We are focused on building life skills on and off the mountain.
As a team, we value honesty and commitment in the way we show up for others and ourselves. We are all in this together.”

We Serve Youth Who Are Often Excluded From Opportunities
Our Housing & Employment program is for youth aged 19-27 living in BC. We work with diverse young people who face barriers to stable housing and employment, including Indigenous, newcomer, and 2SLGBTQIA+ youth.
“I didn’t even believe a program like Zero Ceiling can exist. They provided everything – phone, food, bed, shower, work…everything that I needed.”
